Known bugs in NAADSM

Cost of zone surveillance may appear to be negative in the Output Statistics window.

If cost accounting for zone surveillance is not used, the Zones tab in the Output Statistics window will show a negative number for the output named costSurveillance. In actuality, this output cannot be calculated in this situation, and should not be displayed. The information in the NAADSM scenario database is correct: this problem only affects the display.

A fix for this bug has been implemented and will be released in NAADSM 3.2.
