Experimental version Laramie

In Laramie, destroyed units are allowed to be the recipients of indirect contact. This version was created for researchers in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wyoming in order to explore the possibility of using NAADSM to simulate disease spread among livestock premises by wildlife. Disease in wildlife was not modeled explicitly, but wildlife was considered to be a means of indirect contact among livestock premises.

Inputs are compatible between Laramie and the standard version of NAADSM/PC.

The installation procedure for Laramie is similar to the procedure for the standard version of NAADSM.

Source code for Laramie

Source code for Laramie requires the same additional components and libraries as the corresponding standard version of NAADSM/PC. The same source code is used for both the standard version of NAADSM as well as Laramie: conditional compilation is used to determine whether the standard version or Laramie will be built.
