While trying to arrange vaccination parameter secondary priorities, dragging the priorities makes certain parameters jump to random spots on the list. Even when right-clicking and trying to assign the list position manually, the parameter jumps to a random place, sometimes causing other items to shift as well.

We have confirmed that this is a bug that affects vaccination and destruction capacities. It only affects users who have models with more production types than can be displayed in the vaccination/destruction capacity window without having to scroll through the list of production types.

We will post a bug report, and will publish an updated version of NAADSM as soon as it is available.

This problem is now solved. Please download NAADSM 3.2.16 to obtain the corrected version.
