Can you help me understand and interpret the Y axis represented by the output graph displaying the "Daily unit status of 1 iteration?"

The Y axis is exactly what the caption indicates: it shows the percentage of all units in your model population that have the indicated disease states. As the numbers of units in each state change as a simulation progresses, this plot will reflect those changes.
