Announcements and Events ArchiveNew version of PDFCalc is now available
Nov 1, 2011
A new version of PDFCalc, version 1.1.1, is now available for download. PDFCalc is a stand-alone application that allows users to create, edit, and visualize probability density functions, examine their characteristics (their means, quartiles, and other properties), and easily generate random variates from these functions for potential use in other scripts or applications. All of the probability density functions supported by NAADSM are included in PDFCalc. PDFCalccan also be used to produce empirical histogram probability density functions from data. Version 1.1.1 corrects several minor errors found in the previous release. The program, documentation, and source code are available at http://www.naadsm.org/pdfcalc. Changes to NAADSM support
Nov 1, 2011
As of November 1, 2011, the NAADSM project at the Animal Population Health Institute at Colorado State University is no longer funded. As a result, the ability of the NAADSM Development Team to respond to requests for support will be limited until alternative arrangements can be made. Active efforts are now underway to find other mechanisms to support the continued development and application of NAADSM. In the mean time, the NAADSM program, its source code, and all support documentation will continue to be distributed via this website. Users are urged to continue to contact us, to interact with one another via the support forum, and to contribute comments and suggestions for improving NAADSM as a modeling platform for simulating the spread of disease in animal populations. For further information, users are invited to contact the NAADSM Development Team at support@naadsm.org or via this site. This website will be updated as additional information becomes available. We are grateful for continued interest in NAADSM, and look to continuing collaboration with NAADSM users in the near future. | ||
